Further making its lineup proficient and making a significant market position in India, KTM has launched a series of bikes in India. Yes, 2017 KTM Duke 390, Duke 250 and Duke 200 are launched in India.

Talking about the 2017 KTM Duke 390, this naked roadster has received a complete upgradation from hardware to design. The aggressive roadster now features Super Duke R inspired styling with sharp lines to grant the sporty touch. The bike has also been updated on the dimensions front which now results in shorter wheelbase. Considering the powertrain, it now features a 373.2cc single-cylinder engine with 43 hp maximum power and 37 Nm peak torque. The engine is coupled to a 6-speed transmission and bike comes with ABS. 2017 KTM Duke 390 is priced at Rs 2,25,730 (ex-showroom).

The new member in the lineup, the 2017 KTM Duke 250 is introduced to bridge the gap between Duke 200 and Duke 390. The styling is inspired from the Duke 390 but, with significant tweaks. The front features a conventional looking unit with a halogen bulb and integrated LED DRLs. The other differentiating factor is its black wheels. The engine is a 248.8cc single-cylinder which produces 30 hp maximum power and 24 Nm peak torque. It is also coupled to a 6-speed transmission and comes with ABS. The Duke 250 is priced at Rs 1,73,000 (ex-showroom).

The entry-level model in the lineup, the 2017 KTM Duke 200 is similar to the Duke 250 with marginal differences. The major difference lies between the powertrain and Duke 200 is equipped with a 199.5cc single-cylinder engine. The maximum power generated by the engine is 25 hp while the peak torque measures 19.2 Nm. It is also coupled to a 6-speed transmission and comes with ABS as standard. The 2017 Duke 200 is priced at Rs 1,43,500 (ex-showroom).

All these three bikes will attract a significant range of buyers and will enjoy the sole dominance due to lack of direct competitors in the Indian market.
