BMW X7 Spied Testing In Full Camouflage


So, the top of the line X member is taking shape and the German automaker is leaving no stone unturned. Yes, the much-awaited BMW X7 has been spied testing in full camouflage. As expected the upcoming BMW X7 is a massive beast which will take on the likes of Land Rover Range Rover and Mercedes-Benz GLS. The camouflage has done a great job in hiding the styling elements of the SUV, still there are few notable features that are visible in the images.

As seen in the rest of the lineup of BMW, the X7 also features kidney-grille, the bigger, sharper headlights and taillights, which are similar to the current top of the line, X5. It is not clear that how the exact production model will look like until some of the disguise will come off to reveal more of the SUV. The upcoming BMW X7 will be manufactured at the Spartanburg factory in the United States and will be based on the CLAR platform. Technology and luxury will be equivalent to the latest BMW 7 Series with additional capabilities to take on different terrains.

Since the BMW X7 will be competing against the top of the line models of other manufacturers, the company cannot leave any stone unturned to attract the customers in such an intense competition. To add the sporty flavour to the SUV, BMW X7 will get the full M treatment and these variants might come up in late 2020.

Talking about the BMW X7, the SUV is expected to be revealed somewhere next year and will hit the roads by 2018. Considering the prices, there are no hints yet from the manufacturer’s side and it will be too early to comment on that. The Indian customers might expect it somewhere between 1.5 Crore to 2.0 Crore or even more, as it will be advanced from the BMW 7 Series.
