Acura has been always a synonym to luxury and state-of-the-art designing and the company has proved it again with 2017 Acura MDX refreshed styling. Revealed in New York, the latest Acura MDX further raise the standards for the competitors. One of the best selling 3-seater crossovers has not only received cosmetic changes but has been also upgraded on the driver-assist safety features along with a new Sports Hybrid version resulting in more power along with improved efficiency.

Considering the 2017 Acura MDX reviews of visual makeovers, the crossover has received diamond pentagonal grille, inspired from the Acura Precision Concept. The restyled Jewel Eye pair of headlamps, as well as integrated fog lights, accentuates the overall front in an effective manner. At the rear, the Acura MDX has again received a refreshed styling which includes bumper with body-colored skid garnish and twin tailpipes that emphasize the performance characteristics of the crossover.

The new features within the Acura Crossover include Electric Parking Brake with Automatic Brake Hold, SiriusXM Radio 2.0, new 2.5A USB charging ports, and Auto High Beam Headlights. The advanced technology package also features Bi-Directional Keyless remote entry along with Engine start option. The set of 20-inch wheels are equipped for the ones who like rugged performance and interior styling is done with Ash Burl or Black Limba wood trims. The ones who are looking more for the 2017 Acura MDX release, they can opt Advanced kit which features ultra-wide Rear seat entertainment system or second-row Captain’s Chairs along with a center console instead of the standard bench seat.

The 2017 MDX gets its life from the same 3.5-litre SOHC engine with maximum power of 290 hp with 9-speed automatic transmission. In addition, the MDX Sports Hybrid variant gets 3-motor SH-AWD setup which is also a part of RLX Sedan and the new NSX. Although the complete details are not yet revealed by the company but the new face of Acura with Sports hybrid setup will be able to deliver combined mileage of 26 mpg whereas, this number comes down to 22 mpg with the standard variant.
It is expected that the 2017 Acura MDX release will take place this summer and the pricing for the 2017 Acura MDX will be released by the company near to its launch only.
